Case study — your main asset
Once a case study is created, it works for you. If a similar order comes in, you don't have to write a response from scratch: you attach a link to the case study and immediately show that you've already completed such a project and here's the result. A promise versus proof — these are different responses, and the client sees the difference from the first line.
If a new order has different emphasis, the case study is still not rewritten. You ask AI to create a new case study based on this client's requirements from the same project — a different title, a different order, different examples — publish it, and attach it to your response. One completed project turns into several case studies working for you.
Material comes from your folder
There's no need to recall or retell anything. You give your AI the path to the project folder — it reads the README, code, and commit history itself and compiles a draft case study from them.
Your task in this process is to maintain a boundary: the case study should showcase expertise, not implementation details. The client's task, what you did, what decisions you made, and what the outcome was. Code snippets in full, keys, internal data, and client names without permission — stay behind the scenes. Public case studies are read by both clients and competitors.
Draft — yours, publication — your decision
AI saves the case study as a draft: only you can see it. Then you open “My Cases”, proofread the text, and add images — a cover and screenshots. Images are uploaded here, in the editor: AI doesn't upload them, it only leaves notes in the text indicating where to insert which screenshot. The “Preview” tab shows the case study exactly as the client will see it.
When everything is satisfactory — click the “Publish” button. At this point, GPTaria compiles the SEO block and translates the case study into all platform languages (AI tokens are deducted for this), after which it becomes public, appears in search in nine languages, and can be attached to responses.
Next
In lesson 6, you will attach this case study to a real response. Therefore, don't create it "just for the sake of it," but based on a project you're ready to use to respond to a real order — the block below the text starts exactly with this: first, look at which open orders are suitable for you, and only then create the case study.
