Edition of 30.06.2026
This policy explains how refunds work for the GPTARIA Platform. GPTARIA sells access to its own digital services (see "Pricing"), each purchased individually. It is an informational intermediary and is not a party to transactions between Clients and Builders; payments for a Builder's work are settled directly between users, outside the Platform, and are outside the scope of this policy.
1. Two purchasing channels (different sellers of record)
Depending on your region and currency, your purchase is processed through one of two channels, and the seller of record differs accordingly.
1.1. Direct purchases (UAH, Ukraine) — processed via monobank acquiring. In this channel the Platform (sole proprietor O. A. Danyuk) is the seller. Refund requests are submitted to and processed by the Platform's Support.
1.2. International purchases (EUR) — processed via Paddle as Merchant of Record. In this channel Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller of record and authorized reseller of the Platform's digital services. Your receipt will show Paddle as the seller. Refund requests are submitted through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. The Platform's Support may review and recommend, but where Paddle is Merchant of Record the final decision is made by Paddle.
2. Prices and taxes
2.1. All prices shown on the Platform are exclusive of VAT and other applicable sales taxes.
2.2. Where VAT, GST, or sales tax applies based on the buyer's location, it is added at checkout on top of the listed price. For international purchases, Paddle, as Merchant of Record, calculates, collects, and remits the applicable tax.
2.3. For direct purchases in UAH, the listed price is the final amount payable, as the Operator (sole proprietor on the simplified tax system) is not a VAT payer.
2.4. Any refund is of the amount actually paid by the buyer (including tax collected, where applicable).
3. Immediate access
3.1. The Platform's services are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase (project publication, Private Storm, AI Tech Briefs, Case Verification, Day Pass, "Pro", Private Response). Each service is purchased individually.
3.2. By purchasing a service and accessing it, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that, where a statutory cooling-off / right-of-withdrawal period would otherwise apply, you lose that right once delivery of the digital service has begun. The voluntary refund in Section 4 is offered by the Platform in addition to, and independently of, any statutory right.
4. 14-day refund
4.1. The Platform offers a voluntary refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
4.2. A refund reverses the purchased service. When a refund is granted, the benefit obtained from that service is removed — for example, refunding Case Verification removes the Verified mark from the corresponding case; refunding a "Pro" period returns the account to the Free plan and its limits.
4.3. A refund may be declined, and/or the account suspended, in cases of abuse of the refund mechanism — including repeated buy-then-refund behaviour, a refund requested after the service has been substantially consumed, or fraud. (See Section 7 and Public Offer Agreement, cl. 8.5.)
4.4. Independently of the 14-day period, a refund is always issued where the service was not delivered, a Platform-side technical fault prevented its use, there was a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
5. The Platform's right to refuse or discontinue service
5.1. The Platform may, at its discretion, refuse to provide or to continue providing services to a user.
5.2. In that case the Platform refunds the amount paid for the unused portion of the services within 14 days.
5.3. On account termination, related content (cases, portfolio) may be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. Subscription ("Pro")
6.1. The "Pro" subscription renews automatically for successive billing periods (monthly or annual). The price, billing cycle, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout before purchase.
6.2. "Pro" gives immediate access to paid features upon payment. By subscribing, you consent to immediate performance.
6.3. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
6.4. The 14-day refund in Section 4 applies to a "Pro" purchase and, if granted, returns the account to the Free plan. Renewal periods are not refunded for change of mind once the new period has begun, without prejudice to Section 4.4 and your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Fraud, abuse, and breach of terms
No refund is issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or breach of the Public Offer Agreement — including passing off others' work as one's own. In such cases the account may be blocked and fees for the Platform's services are not refunded. (See Public Offer Agreement, cl. 8.5.)
8. Chargebacks and disputes
8.1. Please contact us first (or, for international purchases, Paddle at paddle.net) before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues are resolved faster this way.
8.2. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, access to the relevant service may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
8.3. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme rules or consumer-protection law.
9. How to request a refund
- Direct purchases (UAH): contact the Platform's Support at [email protected] with your account email, the order/transaction reference, and a short explanation.
- International purchases (via Paddle): request through paddle.net (use the "View receipt" / "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle email). You may also contact us at [email protected] and we will help liaise with Paddle.
10. Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, including rights in respect of services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. For international purchases, Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions also apply and, in case of inconsistency regarding the payment transaction, prevail.
