Edition of 15.06.2026
This page explains how the GPTARIA Platform operates, who pays for what, what exactly the Platform verifies, and what it is liable for. The page is in force and kept current: every change is recorded on it together with the edition date.
1. General operating model of the Platform
1.1. GPTARIA is an information online platform (SaaS) that provides users with paid and free access to its own digital functionality: account registration, posting projects ("storms"), private project posting (Private Storm — discussion and responses hidden from other users), the "Pro" subscription, case verification, basic AI structuring of the description, a review and rating system, and other digital features.
1.2. The Platform provides the technical means for information-only interaction between two categories of users:
- Clients — users who post a task/project on the Platform in order to find a performer;
- Performers of works (Builders) — users who independently offer their own skills and services through the Platform.
1.3. The Platform is an information intermediary service and is not a party to any transaction between Clients and Performers of works. The provider (sole proprietor) does not act as an employer, agent, representative, or guarantor of either party to such a transaction. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, clause 2.2.)
2. Who pays for what
2.1. The user pays the Platform solely for access to the Platform's own digital services, the list and pricing of which are set out on the "Pricing" page:
- access to the Platform (including the Day Pass);
- posting a project ("storm");
- the "Pro" subscription;
- case verification;
- other digital services described in the Pricing.
2.2. The user does NOT pay the Platform for the performer's work. Settlements for work actually performed between the Client and the Performer of works are handled by them independently and directly, outside the Platform. The Platform does not accept, hold, or forward funds for such work. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, clause 2.3.)
2.3. All payments to the Platform are processed through the Platform's authorized payment service provider. Prices are final and include any applicable fees.
2.4. AI tokens. Key content actions on the Platform — publishing a project, responding to a project, and messaging — are performed with the help of AI and consume the AI tokens of the User. On registration, the User is provided with a starter pack of 1,000 AI tokens. After that, the User buys AI-token packs to sustain work on the Platform. If there are not enough tokens, the corresponding actions are temporarily unavailable until top-up; this does not pause or extend the paid access period. (Details — Public Offer, clause 11.5.)
3. What the Platform verifies and how
The Platform verifies the accuracy of the information and the reality of the works presented on the Platform itself, not a specialist's professional qualification as such.
3.1. Identification and registration
To gain full access, the user creates an account. The email address is required. Optional fields are also provided — phone number and messengers — so that the user can be contacted quickly in irregular situations. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, Section 4.)
3.2. Verification of cases (projects)
Verification is carried out under the Platform's internal review procedure. The check is performed manually using AI tools. Key criteria:
- the main criterion — the project is working and complete (brought to a finished state);
- the technology used to build the project;
- the programming languages used;
- the scalability of the solution.
The verification order and criteria are set out in the Platform's internal procedure.
3.3. Ratings
Ratings are formed according to the Platform's internal procedure. The rating is based on user activity. The principal assessor is the Client who selected the performer. Additional bonuses may be awarded by other project participants — for sound ideas and contributions to the project discussion.
A user cannot edit their own rating, but may contact the Support Service in the event of bullying or a targeted attempt to lower their rating.
3.4. Moderation and anti-fraud
The Platform operates a post-moderation model. Fraud detection is carried out using AI tools and by user reports. The channel for filing reports is the Support Service.
The Platform reserves the right to block an account for breach of the terms — in particular for passing off others' work as one's own and for fraud; fees for the Platform's services are not refunded in such cases. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, clause 8.5.)
4. What the Platform does NOT verify and what it is NOT liable for
4.1. The Platform is not a certification body and does not issue, check, or store any official documents on specialists' qualifications (diplomas, certificates, licences). Performers of works present their own skills and portfolios themselves. (A Performer of works is by definition a user who offers their own skills; Public Offer Agreement, clause 1.4.)
4.2. The Platform does not guarantee that agreements between users will be concluded and does not control and is not liable for the quality, timeliness, legality, or result of the work performed by Performers of works for Clients. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, clause 2.4.)
4.3. The provider (sole proprietor) is not liable for the actions, omissions, good faith, or qualifications of users, nor for the content, quality, timeliness, payment, or results of their work. All disputes between Clients and Performers of works are resolved by them independently. (Details — Public Offer Agreement, clause 9.3.)
4.4. The absence of qualification documents from the Platform is a characteristic of the chosen model, not a defect: the Platform provides access to its own digital service, not specialist services and not their labour.
