How billing works

Transparent: what you pay for, how access turns on, and how it turns off. Pay in UAH via monobank or in EUR — instantly, with no stored balance.

What you pay for

Clients: free project publication (€0) and Secret mode (€39) — the project is seen only by you and invited builders.

Builders: response access (Day Pass, 30 days, Super Expert), case verification (€49), secret offer (€10), AI Packs (tokens).

Every service is a one-off purchase, delivered immediately. No wallet balance — you pay for a specific service.

How it turns on

Access is activated automatically right after a successful payment — no waiting.

On registration, the User is provided with a starter pack of 1000 AI tokens — enough to set up a profile and try the service.

Response access (passes) — time stacks

Day Pass gives 24 hours of access; "30 days" gives 30×24 hours.

Passes stack: buying another adds its time on top of what is left (10 h left + Day Pass = 34 h).

When the time runs out, response access turns off until you buy a new pass.

Super Expert — priority and freeze

Super Expert (30 days) gives priority: for the first 3 hours after a new project is posted, only Super Experts can respond.

If you buy Super Expert while regular access is running, the regular time is frozen (paused) and Super Expert runs.

When the Super Expert period ends, the frozen regular time resumes from where it left off.

AI tokens — at real cost

AI features (SEO and AI-block generation, translations, etc.) deduct AI tokens according to the operation's actual cost.

Tokens are spent only when you use them. The current balance is shown in your profile and under "My payments".

When tokens run out, the related AI features turn off until you top up. AI tokens are an internal accounting unit — not electronic money and not withdrawable.

One-off services

Secret mode, secret offer, case verification are one-off actions: pay → applied to the chosen project/response/case.

Refunds

A voluntary 14-day refund guarantee applies. A refund reverses the corresponding service (e.g. removes the "Verified" mark). Details in the Refund policy.
